LaVaquera Miniature and Toy Australian Shepherds Breeding Contract
This contract is entered into between Cynthia J. Stohler and (enter Name and address) _____________________________________________________________
It is agreed that a breeding service to ______________________aka _______ will be provided to the female known as (Registered Name and #) _____________________________________________________________
1. A Deposit of $250.00 will be made by owner of said female to Cynthia J. Stohler at the time female is delivered to or before being picked up from the premise. Female will be current on vaccinations, clean and free of fleas prior to being introduced to male. If Flea Bath is required additional $25.00 required for bathing.
2. Balance to be agreed on at time of pick-up of female from the following options. Check one.
( ) A) For litter with more than one puppy, $100.00 per puppy more than one up to 4 for total of $550.00 before sire information released.
( ) B) Pick-of-the-litter, regardless of number of puppies or sex of puppies. Said pick-of-the-litter to be delivered before paperwork on sire completed. ($250.00 deposit will be returned at time of delivery of NSDR reg. Application for puppy from pick-of-the-litter to Cindy.)
( ) C) Flat $550.00 stud Fee to be paid in full at time of pick-up and sire information released upon payment in full.
( ) D) Trades agreed to and finalized before paperwork issued.
By signing this agreement all parties have agreed to all parts of the contract. No changes or transfers accepted. Stud Fee is non-refundable however, in the event of female not becoming in whelp or death of litter (written statement from vet required.), a return breeding is agreed upon. Stud owner will not be held responsible for injury or death of female while being boarded for breeding. 1 week free board included in stud fee $2.00 per day after that. If female is not picked up after 21 days with out prior written agreement, owner will be charged $5.00/day. (Pre-season females will be charged $2.00/day until bred, then regular board applies.) This is LaVaquera Concho. He is a red bi with a natural bob tail. He is producing some outstanding puppies! Color and markings are awesome! I am getting natural bob's when bred to long tails! I stand him to outside females, Stud fee is Private treaty. Dual Registered with ASDR and NSDR
The Girls
LaVaquera Oreanna is 15 inches tall and weighs around 20 pounds. She has produced all sizes and the whole color spectrum in her puppies when bred to Tapedero. They are correct and have great work ethics. ASDR and NSDR Registered.
LaVaquera Riata is my sweetly shy little girl. She always seems to think she's doing something she shouldn't, but she rarely does! She is 11 inches tall and weighs 12-13 pounds. Her puppies have also represented the whole varied colors both in Toy and Miniature sizes. ASDR and NSDR Registered.
The Boys
"LaVaquera Bosal" is a red tri female with a natural bob-tail. She is my clown. Always happy and always ready to go! She has an "off-switch" ~ when we are at work she simply lays quietly and watches what is going on! I'm anticipating her puppies to excel as service dogs! She is from outside my breeding so will have puppies from either Tapedero or Concho. I'll try them both! Dual registered ASDR/NSDR
Introducing: LaVaquera Jaquima NSDR/ASDR registered
This little doll is TINY!! She's just 10 inches tall and only 7 pounds. At 11 weeks she had Parvo. (Even tho she had been kept current with vaccinations!!!) Picture is shortly after coming home. You can see her shaved spots for her IV's. She recovered and is now just a ball of fire! Proving that not all parvo cases are hopeless! Because of her I have changed my vaccination program, and take almost extreme precautions with my puppies! Feel free to ask me about my protocol. It is working! I feel it is important to share her story because sometimes no matter how careful you are, parvo can still happen! Their best defense against it is still a good vaccination program and clean housing.
HA! I caught her! She is rarely still enough for a good picture! These are not the best but... She is now 10" tall and weighs around 7 pounds. She's my little buddy and goes nearly everywhere with me!
LaVaquera's Bella is a new edition to the LaVaquera girls! (She is definitly camera shy!)nShe is a vivid blue merle with all the chrome and copper you could ask for! She will be bred to Concho late summer of 2011
